- Tickets or flight reservation (entry and exit);
- Invitation letter from a Philippine government/private entity or endorsement from a Chamber of Commerce (recognized by the host government) in the country where the business is located;
- Proof of business operations/income; and

Not always. For Indian nationals, the Philippines currently allows 14-day visa-free entry for tourism and business if you have a passport valid for at least 6 months, confirmed hotel accommodation/booking, proof of financial capacity, and a return or onward ticket. Indian nationals who hold a valid and current AJACSSUK visa or residence permit can get 30-day visa-free entry for tourism. For long-term visits or other non-tourism activities, you need the appropriate Philippine visa.
For the current Philippine e-Visa, official processing is 7–12 working days for single-entry and 15–21 working days for multiple-entry visas. The New Delhi Embassy’s older short-stay FAQ also says applications need at least 8 working days from receipt, so it is best to apply early.
It depends on the route. The official e-Visa FAQ does not list a rush option, but the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi’s visa guidelines mention 10 working days for regular processing and 5 working days for expedite processing for some consular applications.
