Spain Visa

Basic Documents

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, including previous passports)
• Two recent passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background)
• Duly filled and signed visa application form

Travel Documents

• Cover letter addressed to Spain Consulate explaining purpose of travel
• Confirmed hotel bookings for entire stay
• Return flight ticket

Financial Documents

• Last 2 years Income Tax Returns / Form 16 (up to 3 years)
• Last 6 months bank statements (with sufficient balance, bank stamp & signature)
• PAN card copy
• Aadhaar card copy

Employment / Profile Documents

• Last 3 months salary slips (if employed)
• Leave letter from employer (on company letterhead)
• Business registration documents (if self-employed)

Additional Requirements

• Overseas medical insurance policy
• Biometric submission required
• Visa fees as applicable

   • Invitation letter from Spanish company
   • Cover letter from Indian company (on letterhead stating purpose of visit)
   • Company registration / business proof

   Financial Documents

   • Company & personal bank statements (last 6 months)
   • ITR / financial proof

   Additional Requirements

   • Travel insurance
   • Biometrics submission
   • Visa fees

1. 1. If Employed:
   • Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;
   • Last 3 months salary slip.

    

   1. If Self Employed:
   • Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;
   • Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months;
   • Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.

    

   1. If Retired:
   • Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

    

   1. If Student:
   • School / College / Institute ID Card;
   • Bonafide certificate.

    

   1. If Minor:
   • Birth Certificate;
   • No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper;
   • ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card.

    

   1. If Visiting friend or relative:
   • Invitation letter;
   • Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;
   • Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

    

   1. If Sponsored:
   • Sponsorship letter;
   • Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
   • Updated bank statement of last 6 months;
   • Income tax returns of last 3 years.

    

   1. For Business Visa:
   • Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc;
   • Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
