Uzbekistan Visa

1. Valid Passport. (Current & Previous)

2. Adhar Card Copy.

3. Photograph (35 mm x 45 mm in Size; colored photo/white background; 80% face; front view; ears visible in
case of ladies)

4. Personal Bank statements with strong credit balance for past 03 months (stamped and signed by bank)

5. Last 03 years I.T. returns (SARAL) & Salary Slips for last 06 months.

6 Flight Ticket Itinerary.

7. Hotel Bookings or letter of invitation from Australian Relative or Friend confirming that you can stay in his
house. Australian Passport copy of Australian friend / relative along with proof of their residence /employment
/ financial stability also required.

8. Personal Covering Letter & Proof of your employment/Leave letter from Employer./ If self employed,
company Registration Certificate

9. For students, College/School ID card.

10. Birth Certificate copy for Minor children.

11. Proof that you have reasons to return home such as:
A.. proof that you have immediate family members in your home country
B. proof that you can return home
C. proof that you own a house or other major asset in your home country.

12. If married & Spouse’s name not mentioned on respective passports, Marriage Registration Certificate /Invitation
Card / marriage Photographs.

13. 956a appointment form to be signed by the applicant (copy enclosed) and uploaded on their portal.
Application form to be filled and submitted online.

14. Minimum processing time: appox 30 days. Can take more time. Please note – visa is granted / approved
directly from Australian Immigration Dept. Hence, only a visa approval mail is received. Visa is not
stamped physically on the passport.

15. Visa fees payable in advance online. – Rs. 18500/- (per application). (Subject to change without prior notice)

• Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;
• Last 3 months salary slip.

1. If Self Employed:

• Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;
• Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months;
• Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.

1. If Retired:

• Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

1. If Student:

• School / College / Institute ID Card;
• Bonafide certificate.

1. If Minor:

• Birth Certificate;
• No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper;
• ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card.

1. If Visiting friend or relative:

• Invitation letter;
• Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;
• Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

1. If Sponsored:

• Sponsorship letter;
• Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
• Updated bank statement of last 6 months;
• Income tax returns of last 3 years.

1. For Business Visa:

• Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc;
• Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
