8. Personal Covering Letter & Proof of your employment/Leave letter from Employer./ If self employed,
company Registration Certificate

9. For students, College/School ID card.

10. Birth Certificate copy for Minor children.

11. Proof that you have reasons to return home such as:
A.. proof that you have immediate family members in your home country
B. proof that you can return home
C. proof that you own a house or other major asset in your home country.

12. If married & Spouse’s name not mentioned on respective passports, Marriage Registration Certificate /Invitation
Card / marriage Photographs.

13. 956a appointment form to be signed by the applicant (copy enclosed) and uploaded on their portal.

14. Minimum processing time: appox 30 days. Can take more time. Please note – visa is granted / approved
directly from Australian Immigration Dept. Hence, only a visa approval mail is received. Visa is not
stamped physically on the passport.

15. Visa fees payable in advance online. – Rs. 18500/- (per application). (Subject to change without prior notice)
