3. Application forms. We will fill up the online application on your behalf. You will have to fill
up the family information form which we provide you.
4. Covering letter addressed to the Canadian embassy, New Delhi from the applicants on his
letterhead explaining the purpose of his trip. (we will provide format)
5. Invitation letter from Canada addressed to the applicant, alongwith Canadian ppt copy/ tax
clearance doc/utility bill copy or hotel bookings. (If you have any friends or relative in
Canada)
6. Copies of last three years I.T. returns (saral) of the applicant & company.
7. Copies of last 06 months personal bank statements with strong credit balance of the
applicant. Signed and stamped from Bank.
8. Copies of last 03 months company bank statements (signed and stamped from Bank)
along with company GST certificate.
9. Visa fees have to be paid in advance.

PLEASE NOTE : APPLICANT WILL HAVE TO VISIT THE CANADA VISA APPLICATION CENTER TWICE,
ONCE FOR GIVING THEIR BIO METRICS AND THE SECOND TIME FOR SUBMITTING HIS/HER
PASSPORT IF ONLINE VISA APPLICATION IS APPROVED. FOR BOTH SUBMISSION, PRIOR

4. COVERING LETTER ADDRESSED TO THE GERMAN CONSULATE ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD EXPLAINING THE PURPOSE OF TRIP & REQUESTING THEM TO GRANT A VISA FOR GERMANY. (Detailed schedule of your business meetings)
5. COPY OF HOTEL BOOKINGS FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF STAY FAVORING THE APPLICANT.
6. RETURN AIR TICKET.
7. OVERSEAS MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY.
8. LETTER OF INVITATION FAVORING THE APPLICANT FROM THE GERMAN COMPANY.
9. LAST THREE YEARS PERSONAL I.T. RETURNS(SARAL) / FORM 16 A FOR PAST 03 YEARS & SALARY SLIPS FOR PAST 06 MONTHS.
10. LAST 06 MONTHS UPTO DATE PERSONAL BANK STATEMENTS (WITH SUFFICIENT CREDIT BALANCE & BANK STAMP AND SIGNATURE ). .
11. LAST 03 MONTHS UPTO DATE BANK STATEMENTS OF THE COMPANY (stating the drawing power/credit limit and having sufficient credit balance & BANK STAMP AND SIGNATURE ) ; & COMPANY I.T.RETURN FOROM ALONG WITH COMPANY CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION / G.S.T. CERTIFICATE.
12. FULL COVID VACCINATION CERTIFICATE. If VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS MORE THAN 270 DAYS OLD, BOOSTER DOSE CERTIFICATE ALSO REQUIRED.
13. APPLICANT’S ADHAR CARD COPY.
14. VISA FEES TO BE PAID CASH DIRECTLY AT THE APPLICATION CENTER. OUR SERVICE FEE SEPARATE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE, RS. 3,540/-
15. MINIMUM PROCESSING TIME : 15 WORKING DAYS AFTER APPLICATION IS RECEIVED BY THE GERMAN CONSULATE FOR PROCESSING. (CAN TAKE MORE TIME NOW DUE TO HEAVY BACKLOG OF CASES)
